How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are based on product weight, shipping location and method. To check shipping cost on an item, click on "Shipping Rate Calculator" on the product page. You will find the Shipping Calculator below the price of each item. You can also check shipping costs on an entire order by clicking on the "Shipping Rate Calculator" located on the Shopping Cart page.

When can you ship my order?
From the time an order is submitted processing time is about 1-2 business days, but each order can vary depending on the details of the order. Orders rarely, if ever, take more than 2 business days to leave our warehouse unless the item is on back order or a special order item.
Overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day orders placed by 11am PST / 2 PM EST will leave our warehouse the same day, if the item is in stock.
Business days include Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

How do I track my shipment?
Once an order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment. Click on "Order Status" under the Information Desk on the left side of your screen. Enter your order number and click on "Get Orders". Once your order comes up, you will see the status of your order along with the item(s) ordered, pricing, quantity and totals.
Under Shipping / Tracking Information you will see the tracking number that was assigned to your order.
UPS tracking numbers are usually 18 digits long (1ZA8XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ). Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number in one of the fields provided then click on "Track". The tracking number will be displayed. If you need detailed information, click on "Details".
FedEx Ground tracking numbers are usually 12 digits long ( 6XXXXXXXXXXX ). Go to http://www.fedex.com/ and enter the tracking number in the field provided and click on "Track It". The detailed results of the tracking number you entered will be displayed.

How are International orders shipped?
International shipments are shipped via FedEx International Economy. This method takes between 3 - 7 days for delivery.
FedEx International Priority is also available and takes between 2 - 5 days for delivery.
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for all overseas shipments (Canada and UK - we accept EFT or Credit Card payment). Once transfer is complete, the product ships immediately.
What is your Backorder Policy?
A backorder occurs when an item that you ordered is not available in any of our warehouse locations.
You will be advised via e-mail or by phone of any item that is on backorder. If you wish to contact Customer Service, you may do so at our Toll Free number: (877) 528-2288. Your credit card will not be charged until the product ships.
Can I refuse a shipment?
We ask that you follow our return policy for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in processing your credit.
We do incur shipping charges on all shipments to our customers. If there is an error on our part, these shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the cost of the item(s) purchased. If through no fault of AtBatt.com the shipment is refused (or returned), shipping charges will not be credited and you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
What is your Return Policy?
AtBatt.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to AtBatt.com on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by AtBatt.com.
Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, refund or credit at AtBatt.com's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
