Here at At Battery Inc., we’re taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously. We are doing our part to slow the spread. We are committed to providing a safe experience to our employees, to our customers, and to our communities. We are doing everything within our power to minimize the risks to individuals and public health.

What we're doing to protect our employees and our customers

Employees who work in our office.

We’ve instituted modified Office Layout, Increased Cleaning, Updated Safety Protocols. 

Employees who work in our warehouse.

Our warehouses remain open, the fulfillment, distribution and return departments can continue to operate. However, we’ve taken a range of additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our staff at our warehouse facilities. For employees who are reporting to work at a warehouse, we’ve implemented additional safety and social distancing measures to reduce risk:

  • We’ve a full-time cleaning service to clean and sanitize our common areas on a continuing basis.

  • We’ve provided disinfectant cleaning supplies to all team members to clean their work area.

  • We’re postponing all non-essential visitors to our warehouses.

  • All employees are practicing a social distance of at least 30 feet.

  • We’ve assigned personal restroom spaces and eating areas to maintain social distancing.

As we are strictly following the State and Local COVID-19 rules and regulations, all employees who aren’t feeling well are being asked to be safe and stay home until they are healthy and have seen a physician. Additionally, any warehouse employee who believes they are at risk themselves or have at-risk family members at home have asked to remain at home.

What we are doing to protect our customers

Everything we are doing to protect our employees also benefits our customers. At our warehouses in California and Kentucky, our employees are following the CDC’s recommendations about hand washing, social distancing, and other hygiene policies. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Will AtBatt.com deliver my order on time?

As always, we're committed to 5-Star service. Despite these challenging times our warehouse is still running at very efficient capacity. Shipping is still being done Monday-Friday and orders placed before 11:00 am pacific time will go out the same day.

 

Will AtBatt.com process my return on time?

Normally, all returned packages are processed the same business day they arrive. However, during these challenging times we have instituted a 3 day quarantine period for all incoming packages. The safety of our staff is important to us; so we are following the CDC's recommendations for items we are receiving into our location. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact Customer Service.
