Rascal 320 PC Wheelchairs use Sealed Lead Acid batteries (SLA). SLA batteries do not charge quickly. Typical charge time is 8-16 hours. If you depend on your Rascal 320 PC wheelchair to be fully operational at all times, we recommend that you invest in two batteries and one of our Battery Tender chargers so you will always have a spare.What can I do to lengthen my wheelchair battery life?
You should try to never let your Rascal 320 PC wheelchair battery fully discharge. A full discharge causes extra strain and each cycle robs the battery of a small amount of its capacity.
