What is the minimum amount that I need to purchase to qualify for a volume discount?
The minimum amount for our Volume Discount Department is $1,000. Of course, the greater the amount, the higher the discount could be.
What does AtBatt.Com need from our company for us to purchase products?
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
AtBatt.Com does its best to keep inventory of all our items. However, higher quantities may require more time for delivery. You will be notified of inventory by your Account Manager. Please Note - Availability may change without notice. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis.
What shipping methods does AtBatt offer?
We normally use UPS for all of our ground shipments. Air orders are normally shipped out via FedEx. Depending on weight, other cost-effective carriers will be used. At this time, AtBatt.Com does not use anyone's shipping carrier accounts, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped upon completion of payment. We cannot ship orders prior to a completed payment. Please note for expedited orders the cut-off time for Overnight and 2-Day orders is 12:00 PM, PST. Most orders are shipped in 1 to 2 days from completion of payment. Ground orders may take up to 7 to 10 days to be received from shipment.
How do I pay for my Volume Purchase? Do you accept Purchase Orders?
AtBatt.Com gladly accepts Purchase Orders from all Public Entities such as Universities, Police Departments, etc. Private Companies please fax over a Credit Reference sheet that includes your Dun & Bradstreet Number. Please Note - Dun & Bradstreet only applies to private companies. Companies without a D & B number will need to pay by Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
Check - Checks are accepted, but it would need to be received and cleared before order is shipped out.
Credit Card - Orders need to ship to the billing address. Some exceptions may apply.
Wire Transfer - All Wire Transfers may incur a Bank EFT fee.
Can Volume Discount Orders be returned for a refund?
Yes, the products can be returned for a refund. In an attempt to still offer our customers Free shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. The only time this does not apply is if the items shipped are completely different then what was ordered. For defective returns, the refund will be issued less the shipping and handling charges AtBatt paid to any carrier that was used for your order. If the product is returned for Non-Defective reasons, the refund will be less the shipping and handling charges AtBatt paid to any carrier that was used for your order, plus a 15% restocking fee.
