Quick Scanner Battery FAQs
Do the scanner batteries come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our scanner batteries come with a 1 year warranty. Review our Return Policy and to request an RMA. The warranty will be voided if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse.
What are milliamp-hours (e.g. 4600mAh)?
The milliamp-hours (mAh) is equal to one-thousandth of an amp-hour (Ah). For example, a 4600mAh battery is equal to 4.6Ah. Amp-hours are a rating of the amount of energy that a battery can store. Generally, the higher a battery's amp hour rating is, the longer the battery's run-time will be. Of course run times vary between users and devices.
