Yes, all of our Chameleon RF FL3500 Series scanner batteries come with a 1 year warranty. The items can be returned to our address. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. The warranty will be voided if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse.
