I am really impressed with this battery. It is the same one I can get from Dell, but it costs much less. However, if I have problems with the battery, how do I use the 1 year warranty?

I purchased this battery for my wife for her work last month and she could not be more pleased with it's performance. It lasts forever! I would definitely recommend this extended battery to anyone with a Dell Inspiron 6000 computer.

My battery arrived today. On side with printing, under the Li-ion logo it reads Japan Only. Is this battery actually the recommended battery for my US application?

Are these batteries fresh?
