How can I increase my playtime on my Apple iPod MP3 player?
To maximize your playtime, it is recommended you use your headphones and turn the volume down to half and set the backlight down to the minimum needed. Also purchasing an additional spare battery or an external battery as a secondary power source is recommended.

Does the battery have to be totally drained before I can recharge it?
We recommend charging the battery pack completely before its first use or after it has not been used for a long period of time. Typically a battery should be discharged and recharged at least once every three to six months.
