How do I know if the product is in stock?
Orders that are available for immediate shipping are labeled IN STOCK. Please be aware that some items ship in 3-4 Business Days, and are labeled as such. Any item that is not available for immediate shipping is labeled as ON ORDER and an ETA can be provided by our Customer Service Department.


When will my product ship?
For an item marked "In Stock" on our site, we require the order to be entered
in our system AND approved no later than 11:00am Pacific/2:00pm Eastern to
ship the same business day.



Any orders received after 11:00am Pacific / 2:00pm Eastern should ship the next business day.



Backordered items will ship when product becomes available.


Can I make changes to my order?
To request and confirm changes to your existing order, please call Customer Service at our Toll Free number for assistance: (877)528-2288. Requesting changes to your order via e-mail is not recommended, as your order might ship before your e-mail is attended to. If we receive your phone request or e-mail before your items ship, we may be able to modify the order before it is sent to the warehouse. In many cases, however, the order may be in the "shipped" status and unable to be modified.


When does my order need to in by to be shipped the same day?

Does AtBatt.com take international orders?
Yes. AtBatt.com does accept orders that will bill and ship Internationally. International orders may be subject to Atbatt.coms verification process and can take an additiona 24 to 48 hours to verify.

For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or through our secure email server.

If your order requires verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is important that you provide both your daytime and evening phone numbers.

AtBatt.com reserves the right to refuse any order where the address or credit card can not be verified. For further information please contact out Customer Service Department.



Will there be fees due upon delivery of international orders?
There may be additional charges due at the time of delivery for your international order. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country.



Atbatt.com is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur as these are not related to our company or the shipping of your order from our company. The amount of these fees will be determined upon many factors such as the selected carrier, item value, and import country. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office or visit the following pages for carrier information:

Can I cancel an order that I've already made?
If you wish to cancel an order, please call Customer Service for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL CANCELLATIONS! E-mailed cancellations are not guarenteed. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order. Please check the AtBatt.com Order Status page to confirm cancellation.



However, there are occasions where canceling the order is not possible because it is has already shipped. We will accept a return after your order has shipped but we will not be able to refund the shipping and you will be responsible for the return shipping to AtBatt.com. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our warehouse.
