CURRENT OPENINGS:
1. Search Engine Optimization Marketing
At Battery Company has an immediate opening for an SEO specialist located in Valencia, CA. Candidates should have experience prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects, and should be comfortable working with technical and non-technical staff and maintaining strong working relationships across teams and across companies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement SEO strategy, develop SEO forecasting models and continuously measure, reevaluate, and fine-tune SEO program.
- Study and analyze competitors and users to identify, define and refine the market direction for enhancements and additions to better connect our shoppers with AtBatt.com's content and functionality.
- Maintain and report on companies link strategy and link popularity campaigns.
- Research, identify, and establish link partners with authoritative web sites within the electronics & consumer power category
- Work collectively with the online marketing team & management on SEO strategy and implementation, optimizing various site areas (site structure, page construction, content, keyword research and SEO copywriting)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of SEO experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Must be knowledgeable about HTML, JavaScript, CSS and server administration.
- You should have experience in web site architecture and design and be able to clearly articulate the techniques and approaches you have used.
- Must have strong professional verbal and written communication skills.

2. Customer Service Representative (CSR)
At Battery Company has an immediate opening for Customer Service Representatives located in Valencia, CA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Respond to customer inquiries through verbal and/or written communication
- Data Entry
- Apply learned data entry methods and procedures to accurately enter and update Purchase Orders
- Take inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers/vendors etc.
- Special projects as requested by Management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirments:
Applicants for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service/Sales experience preferred
- Proactive approach to resolution and problem solving
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task, posses strong organizational skills and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented is a must! Bilingual candidates a plus!
