Why Can't I Find My Battery at a Local Store

Why Can't I Find My Battery at a Local Store

We get many calls a week from customers asking where they can buy their battery locally in their area. Unfortunately, there are very few places where you can walk in and find a battery for the multitude of devices we use and rely on everyday. It’s actually ironic as we do not really think about how dependent we are on batteries, until they die. Many people, including me, believe they can not survive a day with out their laptop, cell phone, PDA, IPod, garage door opener, and TV remote; to name a few. These days, there are millions of devices that require batteries, and they all require different specifications. Logically, there is no way for a store to stock all of these batteries, and stay in business. The days of going to the local store to pick up AA or D batteries to solve the problem are over! We are now in a battery dependent era, and that is where online battery companies come into play.

Now, don’t be scared! Purchasing a battery, or anything for that matter, online can create skepticism. Many questions come to mind:

1. I don’t know anything about this company. How do I know I am going to get what I paid for?
Answer: Any reputable company will have a toll free number that you can call and speak to a REAL PERSON. Why would you give someone your credit card information to someone who doesn’t want to talk to you? If there is no phone number, do not place an order with them.

2. How does the company know what battery I need for my device? Am I going to get the right one?
Answer: All batteries have a manufacturer part number assigned to it. These part numbers are universally used across the world and can be used as a reference tool to ensure compatibility.

3. Where does my personal information go after I place my order? Is it used for other purposes?
Answer: We do not use or sell our customers’ information, and furthermore our customers’ credit card information is deleted after 90 days.

Now these are just a few of the many concerns about purchasing batteries online, and I hope I have answered them thoroughly. Please, use this as an opportunity to get whatever burning question you have off your chest, and I will try my best to address it.

Bottom line: We attempt to give our customers a convenient and accurate source for the inevitable need for batteries. Your business is important to us, and we would like you to become a repeat customer.

Yes your product selection's and your product availability was great. Not to mention the product tracking system by email was exceptionally great. You meet your delivery date as stated and when I called customer service I was greeted by a most pleasant person who by the ay was very knowledgeable of the product who helped me with my issue.
