Wanna Give Your HTC Touch Pro 2 Battery Cover a Facelift?
While overall the HTC Touch Pro 2 has received positive reviews from those who make it a part of their daily lives, one aspect of the popular smartphone that users have felt needs improvement is the appearance of it’s battery cover. Depending on the wireless carrier that provides service for the Touch Pro 2, the battery cover comes in the somewhat aesthetically displeasing colors of gunmetal gray with bright orange accents, gray with a map of the world, or mocha flavored.
As the fine people at pocketnow mention, the AT&T Tilt 2 seems to be the only Touch Pro2 variant sporting a black backing. Being that black is typically the desirable color for the majority of smartphones available on the market, a few Verizon and Sprint Touch Pro 2 users took it upon themselves to remedy this issue; creating an instructional video on how to dye the battery cover of the HTC Touch Pro 2.
Be aware, however, that you are at your own risk when attempting to give the battery cover of the TP2 a color change.
