The Eveready Effect?

The point of commercials is typically to be outrageous, leaving a lasting image in the mind of potential consumers. With that in mind, I’m not quite sure just what image battery-manufacturer Eveready was hoping for with this gem of an advertisement.

The commercial is a couple of years old, so let’s hope, for Eveready’s sake, that this one didn’t soak up a whole lot of airtime.
